Rather than simply refurbishing the building, the project repositioned the asset for long-term tenancy. Structural upgrades, new roofing and cladding, infrastructure improvements, and extensive interior refurbishment were carefully staged to create a cohesive environment that could adapt to a range of future occupiers.
