Rather than contrasting old with new, the design allows each intervention to sit comfortably alongside the existing fabric. Original fireplaces, timber detailing, and masonry were carefully restored, while bespoke joinery, custom bars, and contemporary hospitality infrastructure were integrated with restraint. Every decision was guided by a respect for the building’s history and a desire to give it a meaningful new purpose.
